What Is A Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. Your Butler Quality Home inspector will prepare and deliver to you a written report of findings. You can then use this information to make informed decisions about your pending real estate purchase. Your BQHI inspector will describe the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.

Why Do You Need An Inspection?

The purchase of a home or commercial building is one of the largest single investments you will ever make. You should know what to expect - in terms of needed and possible repairs and maintenance.

Enlist the help from a trained and certified expert who will help you understand what might be hiding behind a fresh painted wall, stains on the ceiling or walls, or evaluating the integrity of the outside structure - including eaves, roof and chimney.
